Night time is a very important time for our bodies .When you sleep your body is healing itself and you are also not exposed to as many damaging factors like heating air conditioning and pollution.
I think night time is also the best time to help your body with this healing process by doing some extra treatments .
The best part of helping your body heal is the fact that it can make you look extra beautiful in the morning a time when we usually tend to look worse with our messed up hair and puffy eyes.
So do you want to look beautiful when you wake up? If so try a few of these things before going to bed . i know it is hard sometimes to keep in the habbit of keeping a routine before bed sometimes we are just too tired to bother but even if you just do a couple of these things you will see results.
Try as many or as few of these things before bedtime the more you manage the better you will look and feel in the morning, a lot of the things you can do hours before you go to bed
◊ Always remove your makeup before bed having all of that gunk on your face will make you wake up with blotchy skin even pimples.
♦ Always cleanse tone and apply night cream and eye cream before bed if you do not have night cream invest in some it is actually a lot better than applying day cream .
◊ Now is a great time do do a facial give your face a scrub , mask and moisturize.

◊ When applying your night cream give your face a massage, keep working the cream in until it is absorbed than apply more, this will improbve blood circulation and will help your moisturizer absorb better
♦ If you have got some extra time on your hands why not give yourself a good manicure and pedicure .Soak your feet and remove dead skin with a pumice stone or foot file than slather on foot cream, wear socks to help the cream absorb .Give your hands a scrub with body scrub , file nails and apply hand cream
◊ Apply a leave in conditioner to your hair especially concentrating to the ends to prevent split ends
♦ Always try to get at least eight hours of sleep
